I thrifted a set of 1980’s nesting hearts a few weeks ago, on a mission to upcycle them into chic Valentine décor. If you missed it, I started by bleaching them which gave them a completely new look!
Don’t miss the other ways I upcycled these hearts in this post!
I saw this beautiful grapevine heart garland at Terrain for $48 and I know we can make that ourselves, right?! Here’s how I made it…
DIY Grapevine Heart Garland Tutorial
I pulled the pins out of the smallest heart, just like I did with the large heart here. I had to use needle nose pilers to pull out some tiny nails securing it together, but I had the whole thing apart in under 15 minutes.
Next I tied each heart together with twine and ties long pieces of twin to the 2 end hearts. DONE! Who’s going thrifting for wicker hearts???
