Our Family Heir-Room
The family room is the heart of our holiday celebrations and the perfect spot to showcase our most treasured Christmas decorations. A stunning vintage tree stand, discovered at a local vintage market, serves as a centerpiece by the sliding doors.
To make the most of our space, we chose a slim Christmas tree that beautifully displays heirloom ornaments like Jackson’s yearly photo ornaments and my grandmother’s brooches, which I framed and transformed into elegant decorations.
Crystal components from antique lamps gifted by a beloved family member were repurposed into unique ornaments resembling snowflakes and little bells.
This year, I embraced the charm of velvet bows, dressing up my brass candlestick collection and other vintage treasures with rich burgundy ribbon.
This nostalgic touch adds a romantic and timeless vibe to the room. The mantle, draped with garlands made from thrifted fabric and tied with rough-edged bows, further enhances the cozy, nostalgic ambiance.
One of the most cherished elements is the Christmas Village my dad hand-painted during my childhood, proudly displayed on the mantle, bringing both beauty and sentimental value to the space.
Hand-painted by my dad, this cherished collection has a special place on the mantle.

Modern Victorian Dining Room
Drawing inspiration from Vintage English Cottages and Victorian elegance, our dining room has transformed into a dreamy holiday retreat. The large wall candelabra and thick velvet ribbons in gold and dusty blue add a touch of old-world charm to the space.
A simple yet stunning centerpiece brings everything together—a repurposed Christmas wreath placed in the center of the table, topped with a stack of books and a vintage brass lantern filled with battery-operated candles. This quick and elegant arrangement became the star of the room.
One of my favorite holiday tricks is hanging garlands around the entryway to the kitchen, then layering them with wide velvet ribbons in gold and dusty blue for a rich, festive look.
I created oversized bows using this simple tutorial and attached them to the tops of our dining chairs, adding a touch of holiday flair to the space.

Cozy Cottage Bedroom
Our primary bedroom already has the dreamy cottage vibes I adore, but adding winter greenery and rich ribbon really enhances the cozy, festive atmosphere, making it feel even more special during the holidays.
I draped one of our old garlands over the chandelier and hung mini wreaths from our thrifted brass sconces. To add extra drama, I tied deep burgundy velvet ribbon in knots around each fixture, enhancing the cozy, festive vibe.
